Alexey Slashchilin is a Senior Associate at Brevia. He is experienced in international arbitration and litigation. Alexey coordinates foreign legal proceedings for clients in multiple jurisdictions. He specializes in corporate and commercial contentious matters, as well as regulatory disputes. He also assists corporations and private clients with sanctions related matters.
Among Alexey's recent projects there are:
- Advising a party of a shareholder dispute in the High Court of London.
- Representing a client in a corporate damages dispute between shareholders of an oil company and a set of disputes between shareholders, the CEO and board member of a major developer.
- Acting on a set of high-stake investment arbitrations and related court proceedings.
Before joining Brevia, Alexey represented clients as both a legal consultant in leading CIS law firms and as an in-house lawyer within an investment arbitration department of one of the region’s largest outfits.
